NOT Buying again from Nihao
This was my first purchase from Nihao Jewelry, and it will definitely be my last. I placed a bulk order worth $500, and I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. The items I received look nothing like the pictures shown on the website — the difference is deceiving. When I tried to raise a dispute, the after-sales team handled it very unprofessionally. They closed the case without my agreement and refused to acknowledge their mistake. As a result, nearly 90% of the products I purchased are unusable for the purpose they were intended. I expected honesty and accountability, but instead I experienced poor quality and dismissive customer service. I cannot recommend this company and will not be purchasing again.
