Awful User Experience and Limited Cover
This is not a user friendly experience. Firstly, you have to log the claim twice by emailing an address which then tells you to fill out an online claim form. The online form crashed and lost all the information I inputted so I had to start again. The information requested is not clear and doing it all online means it’s very impersonal and clinical. I work in the insurance industry and I found the process difficult so god help people who don’t know how to raise a claim. The fact that this policy only covers the original purchase price of a gadget and not the replacement cost is also just a money grabbing exercise. I hope to god I never have to make another claim with this company, it was an atrocious experience and demonstrates exactly why everyone hates insurers.
