Riley was excellent!!!
Riley was excellent!!! she listened carefully to my issue and made calls to see if there were other options that may accommodate me. She called me back and although United Airlines wasn’t helpful in accommodating my needs I can tell she was thorough and gave it a shot!!! ⭐️👏🏾
