Wooacry New Mug & Bottle Pin
I was selected as a tester for some of their new products, & here is my following experience.
THE CAN PIN:
I'm in love with the can pin — I purposefully went with blue colours to see how they would print, as light blues & saturated blues can be problematic in CMYK printing. It came out stunning ! Even with thin lines & similar colours ! These are absolutely gorgeous, & the matte finish adds texture to your product so it feels good to the touch. The size also makes it an ideal addition to any ita bag, or collection of pins. Downloading the bleed file went easy, & they're easy to design around — the mockup came exactly as I wanted. 10/10, 5 stars.
THE MUG:
The mug is a new addition & unlike their button pins likely the first time they've manufactured printing on porcelain.
I like the sturdy packaging that the mugs come in, though I would warn to be very careful when opening it, as it's very easy to scratch when trying to cut away the tape. If possible it'd be nice to have the mug be extracted from the bottom instead of being in the middle, but honestly it's not that big of a deal as long as you're careful.
Now, I do have some concerns. Right off the batt, the printing is very fuzzy, & the design I went with was both simplistic but testing. It does not handle dark colour shifts well, & seems to go directly to black instead of darker blues, but this is all to be expected when printing on porcelain.
While said it's dishwasher safe I would personally still hand wash, as when I was doing a test wash, some of the printing lifted off of the warmer hues. The mockup was slightly off ( the end was a smaller print than expected ), but not by anything egregious, & I think I like it as small as it came out instead of my original experience.
Although, all together this is still a 4/5 star experience for buying the mug. They handled the gradient well, even if it was darker ( but again, it's more likely to be due to CYMK printing on a whole rather than wooacry specifically ).

COMPANY; This company has an excellent, quick, & fast moderation team that will help you with any issue you have. The only caveat is that you do have to be apart of the discord community to have this quick access. If you are boycotting Discord for any reason, or do not support Discord, you will have a harder time getting to them. But, again, if you are in the discord the mods & team are extremely kind & approachable. Every other manufacturer is also on discord, so it's not a problem in my opinion.
SHIPPING: I live across the world from the manufacturing center, & have not had any issues with packages getting lost or damaged in transit. It's slightly slower than the other manufacturers I have bought from.
PRODUCTS: The only reason I do not give five stars is because of the product quality. The colours are fantastic & the cut is good, but the Rainbow Acrylic charms are much softer compared to competitors. They scratch easily, & I've had them come damaged ( not from shipping, it was a manufacturing problem ). I'm unsure if it's a curing issue, or if I've just gotten consistent bad batches, though I've had friends with similar complaints.
Their standees are very nice, however, I've noticed that their bases come a touch too small compared to what the mockup says, & I've had to manually sand away some material to get the piece to fit together. I haven't had a problem with this for other manufacturers.
The keychains that come with add-ons ( the bell type ) often have to be manually adjusted so they aren't at risk of coming off. However, this is true of any manufacturer I've worked with.
The mockup generator is fantastic, it's why I'm willing to look past manufacturing defects & take the risk with easily scratched acrylics & fix standee problems, because the confidence in being able to see it before paying anything is extremely nice.
PRICES
Prices are at market value if not a few dollars cheaper, especially for standees.
