I discovered Pitaka products in 2022 and they elevate Iphones and any other device to an aesthetic that you'll appreciate every day. Their Customer Service is responsive and I've had excellent experience with them. Several weeks ago, I left a piece from my car mount in a rental and contacted Pitaka. Freya was so responsive and understanding and went way beyond expectation in terms of finding a solution. She was communicative, professional, and very thorough and helped me solve the issue.
