Overall a good experience
We had insurance through holiday extras which uses Taurus for gadget insurance on the policy. My wife lost her phone on holiday, not ideal. Called Taurus, they were very helpful in the phone. Submitted a claim, there was a lot of paperwork info and procedures we had to go through which would be hard for some people I can imagine but in the end, (which was pretty quick to be honest) in the matter of a couple weeks they had sent us the money to our bank account to replace the lost phone which we used to buy a new one with.
