Onboarding excellence
The onboarding call was great and the team member RJ was very helpful. About 10-15 minutes into the call I realised I wanted a different domain name than the one she set up, and she very graciously undid the work and re-did the new domain. I was really impressed by her attitude toward customer satisfaction. Thank you RJ!
