Honor phones offer strong hardware for the price, with good performance and features. The initial value is impressive. However, the ownership experience is inconsistent. Claiming advertised promotions can be slow and complicated. More importantly, customer service is a significant weak point. Resolving any issue is often frustrating, with poor communication and slow responses. You get capable hardware, but support feels like an afterthought.
