Bait-and-Switched Lowball Offer
Overall was easy to call, get a quote, and schedule a tow pickup; however, the initial offer was over triple was they quoted in person ($398). They then would not negotiate with me. I clearly told them there was a rusted subframe and frame with rusted holes in specific locations and had the catalytic converter intact. They send me a confirmation email of the $398 offer, but then baited-and-switched and I was pressured to sell at a low price of $160 in-person and was unable to talk directly with CashForCars as they wanted me to middle-man through the tow driver. I don't find the company very reputable AND they need a new buyer agent as they obviously cannot accurately quote a vehicle. Expect up to 40% reduction after accepting the quote... After accepting the offer, they very easily took away the vehicle and keys. Low-hassle but would choose another company next time.
