Terrible customer service
My experience with Crafthub and their delivery partner UNIEXPRESS has been one of the worst I’ve ever had. Although the tracking claimed that my package was “delivered,” it was never delivered to the correct location. The courier placed it in a locker that does not belong to my apartment and is not even accessible or assigned to my unit in the building’s system. My building manager and I opened every locker, and the package was nowhere to be found. Instead of acknowledging the delivery error or offering real assistance, Crafthub simply pushed the responsibility back onto me, sending generic copy-and-paste replies and insisting that I “open a theft ticket,” even though the situation clearly shows a misdelivery, not a theft. The result: • The package I bought as a gift is gone. • The courier failed to deliver it to my address. • The store showed no genuine intention to help or resolve the issue. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I cannot recommend Crafthub or UNIEXPRESS to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere.
