I thought I was disappointed - but I was wrong
I ordered an item the wrong size by mistake and tried to cancel it before it was filled. I had some trouble getting the info, and I thought I "missed the boat" cancelling the item - and I wasn't happy. Buy then InkJoy told me the ordered was cancelled as I asked. I like the fact that the order was canceled (though I think the interface regarding orders received and processed could use an upgrade) , nevertheless, the quick service, and as importantly, reaching out to me regarding the matter, showed a company that is not just effective, but conscientious of its customers. It is impressive.
