My Favourite Support Agent Wendy, at Inkedjoy
Inkedjoy has been fantastic with responses to every question I have had when ordering products, even when I have not been entirely sure of the process. I used the available chat system and was answered within 24 hrs via email through the ticket system. I was assigned a support agent (Wendy), who has been very helpful and provided photos of the instructions on their website, which was extremely useful for avoiding back-and-forth emails. I hope my customers are as happy with the end product as I am with the service.
