I have the 6d laser mask
I have the 6d laser mask. The small electrodes around the eyes don’t work. Literally nothing! I’ve reached out to Jovs and made a video on the highest setting on M2 and M1 modes. They tell me that around the eyes is working and the sensation is low due to the area, meanwhile I speak to other 6d masks owners and they tell me they feel the sensations. Jovs tellls me I have to pay a 20% restocking fee to return it. For such an expebsive product, they offered zero help. Extremely disappointing. I’ve purchased many products from this company, but never again. After Jovs read my review, they reached out to me and offered a replacement mask. And waved the 20% restocking fee. It’s amazing how rude they can be until they get a public review. But they came through, and the new mask works perfectly, and the mask that not working properly is on its way back.
