Although I had a small issue with my module, I am confident that it doesn’t reflect the quality of the equipment at all — these things can happen to anyone, and the machine itself is excellent. I chose ACMER because I truly believe in the brand and the quality of their products. What really made a difference for me was the customer support. The assistance I received from Roi was outstanding from beginning to end. He was always attentive, patient, and very professional. He followed up on my case every step of the way and made me feel supported at all times. His dedication and kindness made this process so much easier for me.
