Over Two Months Waiting — Still No Bag
My experience with Songmont has been extremely disappointing. My husband pre-ordered a bag at the beginning of October as a birthday gift for me. The estimated delivery date was October 25th, but it is now the beginning of December and I still haven’t received the product. A delay of more than two months for a handbag is unacceptable. This was meant to be a special gift, and instead it has caused nothing but frustration and disappointment. Communication and updates have also been lacking throughout the process. I truly hope the bag will at least arrive before Christmas — but at this point, I would not feel confident recommending Songmont to others.
