Jetpac not working in Taiwan. Poor customer service.
Very poor. Couldn’t get Jetpac to work in Taiwan. For two days I struggled. Customer service was very poor - didn’t get back to me for hours. Wasted lots of my own money trying to get connected and they wouldn’t refund the full balance left. This is the worse as they should admit their mistake and refund the full balance. Changed to Saily and now working perfectly. I would be very careful when choosing this company as customer service is poor when you need it the most.
