The website prominently claims “Made in America for America,” and product pages state that items ship from California, with an estimated delivery time of two to four days. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing like what was advertised. I placed an order four weeks ago, and I still haven’t received the product. To make matters worse, the tracking information showed that the item actually shipped from China, not California as stated on the site. The huge delay and misleading information make this feel very deceptive. I’m very disappointed and would caution others to be aware of these inconsistencies before ordering. I hope the company addresses these issues so customers can trust the information provided.
