There was an issue of my order of IPad pro folio2, Ordered from Amazon, the folio didn’t compatible my iPad, the magnet is sealed and couldn’t hold the iPad. I called Pitaka support, they helped me with best service to get the right folio to work with my iPad. Even I have to wait 14 days to ship from China warehouse. Good product design and service mind.
