Referred two friends through Jetpac's…
Referred two friends through Jetpac's referral programme ($5 off for them, $10 for me). Their discounts applied fine, mine didn't. Support blamed a missing checkout code, even though my referral link never instructed one. After escalating, they confirmed in writing my $10 credit was "processed" — it never arrived. Weeks of follow-ups got different explanations from different agents, ending with an offer of a voucher instead of the promised credit. Working referral programme, poor follow-through when something goes wrong. BEWARE!!!
