Sharing my experience with JOVS great customer service
I'm writing to share my experience purchasing the JOVS 6D and EMS mask. I ordered the mask and used it with the factory charge for a few sessions and was pleased with it and hopeful that I'd be seeing results soon. But for some reason, I was unable to recharge the device and reached out to customer service and was incredibly impressed by how responsive they were! I explained the issue, sent a quick video and the responded within MINUTES letting me know they would send out a replacement right away. I'm grateful for the immediate response to my issue and how honorable they are in remedying the issue by offering to send a brand new mask and am excited to receive it and use it!
