absolutely amazing company and most importantly customer service, which is becoming more and more rare these days with companies, where most just tried to gouge you for every penny and provide almost non-existent post purchase service or support. I am in a life situation where an electric scooter is literally saving my life allowing me to commute to a nearby town because I live in the middle of the Woods and don't have a car or license and am very sick health-wise with no family or family support. a scooter is all I can afford and it gives me just enough range to be able to commute to a larger size The village to find work. in a few weeks I am going to starve from a lack of food / money and after buying my G3 pro scooter, I realized at the time that I forgot to add the Black Friday free gift set which includes gloves and a brake lock mechanism. in my country theft is extremely common so this is so incredibly important for me and I kind of can't afford to spend money on anything else right now. however, I was actually out of the promotion. it's just that the website was not updated yet so technically I was not entitled to any free gift package.... Kukirin support made me aware of this, but despite the rules they ended up breaking them and sending me the free gift package anyway hearing my story and the theft and situation in my country, free of charge, even the shipping was free even though it was sent through a separate package. by the way they responded to me in less than 12 hours after I sent an email to their support asking or rather, stating that I forgot to include the free gift package to the cart before checking out - and within 12 hours they told me they would send it anyway.... I cannot be more grateful to them for this wonderful amazing gesture, it may very well save my life because I cannot afford having the scooter stolen or any component of the scooter for that matter either because this is the only way I will be able to survive and not starve, literally - I am not exaggerating and this story is 100% true. you could say that potentially, if somebody in the future was going to steal my brakes or something, this company saved my life quite literally speaking. and the response was so fast, I cannot recommend the company enough. I have not received my scooter yet so I will update my review after I get it but after everything I have read online it seems to be an extremely high quality product so if I could I would give this review 6/5 Stars but unfortunately I can only give 5/5.... ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
