WORST ONLINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE-
Extremely disappointed with this casing and the overall experience. I received my order today and the casing came with obvious scratches, bubbles, and defects straight out of the box. I contacted their customer service immediately after opening the parcel, and instead of helping, they insisted that I should bear the shipping fee for a replacement because I “didn’t take an unboxing video.” This requirement was NEVER stated anywhere on their website. On top of that, the customer service team was unhelpful, and kept pushing the responsibility back to me even though the product clearly arrived damaged. Totally unacceptable. I will not purchase from this store again, Buyers, be careful — their after-sales service is terrible and they do not take responsibility for faulty products.
