Absolute Garbage
Order My lightsaber Nov 18th,I understand this time of year it can be a little time before it gets shipped out I paid almost $400 for a lightsaber with a proffie board, after taking two weeks to ship the order and another week to receive it I'm so excited to get it and when I open it it's not proffie,ita a snv4, and I could have gotten off of Amazon for half the price, reached out to sabermax asking for support and received nothing but ghosting. Other companies will send you a display stand and a blade plug this company sends neither one. Do yourself a favor and go to another website and spend the extra $200 or $300 and get what you order a lot sooner., update customer service dead send me a proffie core finally but it took about 2 weeks to get, and also came with all the electronics and I had to completely rebuild it to make it work, no configuration file on the SD card, and it is loaded with a bunch of trash blade Styles and ignition styles that are all the same you go online to try and do some customization you copy and paste and do everything that these tutorials are telling you to do and nothing works do not buy anything from this company because I asked for a refund for the difference of what they sent me and what I ordered and they gave me store credit like I want to order something else from them go somewhere else pay the extra money and get you an SNV4 it's not that great but you can at least do stuff with it and you buy from someone else you'll get good customer service and you'll get your saber when you order it.
