Unprofessional and rude
Misleading advertisement, they say you get your reservation within minutes except after hours, but they do not mention what are the after hours. And after you already pay, you receive an email that gives you the hours they are not operating, thiswas veryupsetting, it felt like bait and switch. Their customer service should be available 24 hours, I've been waiting for 5 and a half hour to reply to my request of canceling and refunding my money. Completely unacceptable. I just received their response as follows (Next time please don't book outside our working hours and then ask for refund to save time for both parties.) This is RUDE.. Avoid this company and there will be no next time.. I will not deal with such unprofessional aggressive people.
