These guys are a terrible scam
It’s absolutely unacceptable. I placed my order on November 5th, and now it's December 8th over a month later and I still have zero updates. Every time I reach out, I’m told it’s being “escalated to the management team,” yet no one ever responds. I’ve been calling repeatedly, and it feels like I’m being completely ignored. This level of service is beyond frustrating. My order number is: #5635579. i have seriously wanted to get so many items from them and I will never get anything from them ever again till they fix their management team.
