Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. I purchased a DJI drone some time ago for over $1,000 expecting long-term support, but DJI no longer updates the DJI GO 4 app to work with modern iPhones or iOS versions. My drone is still in perfect physical condition, but it has become completely unusable because the controller cannot connect to newer Apple devices. DJI support confirmed that compatibility with new phones and operating systems is not provided for this model. That means a premium product becomes effectively disposable after a few years due to software abandonment, not hardware failure. This is not what I expect from a company that claims to offer high-end, professional equipment. A drone should not become obsolete simply because the app is no longer maintained. Very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend DJI to anyone expecting long-term reliability or support.
