Warning Bait and Switch.
Warning: Bait and Switch – Do NOT Use This Company Do NOT use this company for car shipping. I was communicating with a representative named Brad and was quoted $600 all-inclusive to ship my car. I confirmed that the total cost was $600 all-Inclusive. A pickup was scheduled for Saturday 12/20/2025, after I provided both pickup and drop-off addresses. Brad sent me a contract link to sign, stating it would be forwarded to the driver. He also required a $200 reservation deposit, which I paid after he called me to collect my card information. After the payment was made, he suddenly claimed he could not find a driver for the scheduled date and moved the pickup to 12/22/2025. On 12/22/2025, he again said he could not find a driver for the agreed price of $600. At that point, the price increased from $600 to $1,000. When I told him I wanted to cancel, he said there would be a $200 cancellation fee. This is a clear bait-and-switch tactic. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR CAR SHIPPING. I have forwarded all text message conversations to my attorney. They will be contacted by my attorney soon.
