Riverbend got us back on Amazon, don't give up
After being unfairly suspended from Amazon, we contacted Riverbend to help us get reinstated. Our consultant, Estefany, helped us and encouraged us every step of the way. She wrote an excellent letter for us to explain our situation to Amazon, and this made all the difference. Without Riverbend, we would not have known how to handle this. It took time and effort to get the right documents in order to verify that our business was authentic, but with Riverbend's guidance we were able to get through the verification process.
