Absolutely a scam
Absolutely a scam. Took my money, refused to send my order, and then made up a false excuse about a “previous chargeback” that never even happened. Even if it had, you don’t just keep someone’s money and refuse to deliver — that’s theft, not business. The way they communicate is shocking — argumentative, unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing. It feels like dealing with an immature child who has no idea how to run a business. Save yourself the stress and don’t go near this company.
