No Parts Replacement, Overpriced, No English Support, Horrible Customer Service: NOT RECOMMENDED
Overpriced, No English Support, Horrible Customer Service: NOT RECOMMENDED Air pump doesn't work, and it's been a month since I've been trying to get service on the inoperable machine! The post looked like it was going to come from a company which understands English and will support their product; but, I was SADLY mistaken. It's just mislabeled, set up to mislead customers, and create false advertising and false security. UPDATE: AFTER TWO YEARS OF TRYING TO CONTACT THE COMPANY SINCE I PURCHASED THE UNIT, THEY IGNORED THE FACT THAT I SENT THEM EMAILS AND ARE NOW SAYING IT'S "OUT OF WARRANTY." WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
