Hanna Kaiser was very helpful, patient and a good listener. She listens to what I was saying and understands what am trying to look for. Gave me lot of support when I was very sick and I had to rebook my flights. She never felt frustrated for all the questions I had for her and got us the flight we needed. She is my to go person when we need to fly. Always trying to get me the best price. Her service is outstanding.
