No information for a week
I have just received my order - 10 days after I placed it. The quality of the shirts is good, the delivery time more than satisfactory, as I didn't pay for express shipment. However, the shop has a strange policy of not informing the customers about the shipment of the goods they ordered, which leaves them puzzled about the delivery time. Perhaps at some moments this would not be too important, however, when the things are meant as gifts for special occasions, it matters. I have good experience with Asian companies, I ordered goods shipped from China, India, Bangladesh and Uzbekistan and I have always received the estimated delivery time and the parcel number so that I could trace it, the moment it was shipped. Therefore, when this time the seller was silent for a week, I expressed my disappointment and confusion here, to which they responded within a few hours, just to give them justice. I would gladly give them five stars, if not the confusion. In my opinion, they get worse reviews not only from me because of this lack of information.
