Brian and Kristina were kind and extremely professional and made this process painless. Everything I signed the made clear to me. But the kindness truly stood out. I spent most of my call with Brian so my focus will be mostly on him. I’ll say this first though about Christina she was also very kind and very clear and concise about what I was signing. She verified everything perfectly and I didn’t feel overwhelmed and as as for Brian, I truly appreciate it not only him taking the time to explain everything, but also taking the time to listen to another human being with kindness and and never ever once making me feel like a bad guy for going bad on my accounts he made me feel like this was possible to fix, and he took the time to get to know me on top of it all so his demeanor made me feel disarmed and not felt like I had to be up in arms or felt judged at all. I truly appreciate that I think that’s the number one quality of your company that ought to be pushed on, and Brian should be teaching it somewhere because he did it so well, thank you all for your help in this tough time and I look forward to being in good credit standing with a high score once again someday soon thank you All sincerely Andre H.
