Support is Excelent
I believe it is very important to recognize outstanding customer support, and Mark certainly deserves that recognition. Mark was extremely helpful in guiding me through understanding and setting up the G840S. Although it takes some getting used to seeing things through a camera, the setup process can be a little frustrating. Thanks to Mark’s patience and clear guidance, however, the process became much simpler. At the time, we weren’t sure what was causing the issue, so Mark arranged for a replacement unit to be sent out. Fortunately, we were able to identify and resolve the problem, and I returned the replacement unit. Mark also provided me with clear, step-by-step instructions to complete the setup. The system is now running exactly as it should. I truly appreciate Mark’s professionalism, patience, and excellent support throughout the process. He went above and beyond to help me, and I feel his efforts deserve to be recognized.
