Scam
Never received my order, but was charged the full amount. Customer service extremely poor...suggested that my order was stolen from my porch or that I should contact my local post office to see if they could locate it....even though Tiktrove (supposedly)used XS Express (another bogus company) for delivery. Tiktrove responded to 1 email & then ignored me. No phone number for the courier & my email was "undeliverable". I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they determined it was a "valid transaction" because Tiktrove provided "documentation" that it had been delivered.....a piece of paper that said it was delivered (no signature or photo). Tiktrove's website says they "guarantee satisfaction" & if you don't receive your order they will resend it or refund payment. That certainly wasn't the case for me. Would never recommend shopping from this online retailer.
