Curve Baby is an absolute joke of a company. I placed an order for two pairs of fleece-lined leggings on 11/8. They didn’t ship my order until 11/19, which is completely unacceptable on its own. When I contacted customer service, I was told I’d receive my order 10–15 days after shipping. That timeframe has come and gone, and I still have NOTHING. Instead of taking responsibility, Curve Baby did everything possible to dodge it. They refused to investigate the shipping company, refused to issue a refund, and insultingly offered me a $5 refund for an order I never received. Offering pocket change instead of a real solution is beyond unprofessional. This company clearly does not stand behind their products, their shipping, or their customers. Once they have your money, they don’t care if your order disappears entirely. Their customer service is dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly trained to stonewall rather than solve problems. If you’re considering ordering from Curve Baby, don’t. You may never get your product, and when you complain, you’ll be met with excuses, refusal, and disrespect. This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
