I am very disappointed with my prescription, and reading glasses. I ordered my glasses on Nov.14, 2025. Today is Dec.15,2025, and I still do not have my glasses. I ordered a Christmas/Winter pair of readers, and I now have to order from another company to ensure I have them for Christmas. My prior order was on-time, and I love the glasses. Despite the above, Wherelight made it right by offering a partial refund. I am happy to continue ordering from Wherelight.
