Every time I go through the mall I stop at Grunt Style just to see what new first responder swag they have and always have a great experience. This year I shopped online and noticed after the order was submitted I picked the wrong size on a hoodie. I emailed customer service (thinking I would get the run around) It was changed with no issues, only took a few emails back and forth. I received emails back from Pete, Zachariah, and Elissa. All worked to fix my screw up! THE BEST ONLINE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN THE WORLD!!!!
