An excellent customer support!
My experience with Pitaka.com's customer support has been incredible. They are solution-oriented in addressing their customers' issues. They have been amazingly supportive with an issue that was raised when a product that I ordered through an Indian Retailer of Pitaka turned out to be incompatible with my model, and the Pitaka India Retailer customer support fell into dereliction post-delivery. It was then that the customer support department of Pitaka.com came to my support with a feasible solution. One of the best experiences I have had with the customer support department of a company where the matter was resolved without any escalation to higher authorities.
