If I could give them zero
If I could give them zero, I would. Their clothing is cheaply made and not as advertised. I followed return directions and I agreed to take a partial refund and keep the clothing (now used when I'm working in the garage). The buyer has to pay shipping costs back to China. They never sent the refund. After going through several rounds initially of proving the clothing was not as advertised, I followed up six months later about refund status, only to be asked the same questions as first time around.
