Deleted my review
Left a 2 star review on their website which they removed! It is clear that the reviews on their own website are heavily filtered to hide genuine customer experiences. My experience with their customer service was dismissive, aggressive and unprofessional. I would strongly advise shopping elsewhere where your feedback—and your money—is respected. I bought a photo projection snowflake. The ornament itself is lovely, but the photo projection is upside down. When I contacted the company, they told me the pendant loop is 'randomly positioned' to make it easy to hang and that there is 'no fixed up or down' for the photo.This makes no sense! The photo should be aligned with the loop, there's even a photo of it doing so on their website.Unless you're happy with your family photos being upside down when you project it onto the wall through the bead, avoid this product. The customer service adviser is dismissive, rude and aggressive. Will never deal with this company again.
