Slow service response but eventually good
I’m had a nightmare trying to get any response from this company. It took a full week for them to get back to me and tell me the order hasn’t been sent. When I did get it The battery charge input broke first time I charged it and had to get a replacement which took 2 weeks. All sorted now and to be fair when customer service do get back to you via WhatsApp chat they are very good.
