Deliberately wasting my time
After realising I ordered the wrong size for my partner, I immediately emailed and told them (within minutes). They promptly replied saying they will send the correct size. Shipping was fast but they sent the wrong size. The item was pretty poor, particularly the zip which my partner struggled to do up, and commented that it would probably break after a week or so. Then they promised a replacement jacket for the mistaken size saying to choose another jacket of the equivalent value and we will send it. This is where the “fun” started. So far there have been 23** emails where i chose a new design, and every time they reply saying “out of stock” or “not available”even though the website says it is available. On the last email I specifically asked them to send some of the designs that they actually have available to which they avoided the question and just sent me the generic website. I have wasted so much time (and money) on this now, I feel they are deliberately wasting my time in the hopes I will just give up. I look forward to the response.to this comment saying “we’re sorry, please email us with your order number”. The is what I’ve been doing for the past couple of weeks!!!
