Horrible quality and customer service
Horrible customer service and misleading product descriptions. I ordered two dresses, and neither matched what was advertised. One dress had a large, bulky side zipper that completely deformed the fit and was very visible and unattractive. The second dress was partially see-through, which was not disclosed anywhere in the description. I requested a return on the second day after receiving my order (they state a 14-day return window), but despite sending multiple emails, I never received a response. Very disappointing experience—I genuinely wanted to be a returning customer. I would not recommend purchasing from this shop.
