Company does not reply to requests for updates on order
*** Update: The company finally replied to my inquiries, and the best part, the items arrived on time for Xmas. The clothing I ordered were very nice and well made. I would recommend the company respond to customer inquiries on a timely basis. I have changed the stars from 1 to 3 due to the communication issues. The quality of the product was fine. I ordered several items from this company which were intended as Christmas gifts over a week ago. Since ordering, I have not received any communication on the status of my order. I have sent 3 emails over the past 3 days requesting information on my order - the company has not responded to any of the emails. Overall, the customer service of this company is very poor -- I don't think they really care about the customer experience. I am beginning to wonder if this is actually a store or if it is a sham/scam outfit.
