Issue with a mechanical part
It seemed like one of those mechanical issue which needed an expert hand to fix or may be god forbid the device broke down altogether. But after talking to support and following their step by step instruction and bit of remote management of th device. The mechanical issue was fully resolved and the device got back to normal.
