Wrong item received after a long wait (They fixed it)
Edit: The customer care team got in touch and reshipped the missing item. It was a long mess, but eventually, they stepped up and fixed it. Thank you. The order took over a month to be delivered, and when it finally arrived, the items were wrong. Instead of a hoodie I had ordered, they sent a random t-shirt which I hadn't even browsed, and absolutely dislike. I sent them an email with pictures of the actual order and the incorrect item, and they haven't bothered to reply yet. A terrible experience.
