No delivery and ignored - go elsewhere
I ordered from the website on 3rd December, yet as of today, 17th December, I have no confirmation of whether my parcel is being delivered or when. The support inbox ignore my emails. There is no route for any refund. They took payment immediately - avoid this website and go elsewhere.
