Misrepresented clothing
It took some back and forth to negotiate a 60% refund on an order. The company wouldn’t give 100% back but at least I got something.

Beware no refund
Beware no refund and even though they admitted in a email their ad was misleading, they refuse to issue a refund. Instead of getting a man and women’s set when ordering the Couple Pajamas set you only get either the man or women pj for that price.

The photo of their couple’s Pajama sets are misleading. I thought I was ordering his and hers as one set as it asked for his and her sizes. I want to return but there is only an email and no way to talk to anyone. I’ll update if I get a confirmation to return.
