The jewellery is stunning, but the customer service is what will have me coming back. After ordering my partner two rings as a treat after he's helped me post op so diligently I mistakenly got the wrong size. The customer service rectifying my mistake has been beyond fantastic and I am so grateful for all the team for their help at such a busy time of year
